My order was later than 10 days. I had to follow up on it. I had requested for a specific delivery courier on the day I made the order only for it to not be used. The courier used received the package and didn't reach out. No one from the team followed up either. I had to call and pay extra for delivery. When I gave feedback on WhatsApp, it was left on read. For someone who's been looking forward to buying a Zia dress, this experience has ruined my first time and now the excitement I had to wear the dresses for an event has even disappeared. I'm really disappointed at this whole process and would wish that to the very least, my concerns would've been acknowledged regardless of how busy a season this black Friday has been.
At this time, I'm not even sure I would be back as a client to be honest yet I love the quality of the Bailey ribbed dress especially. I'm so sad about this actually.
