The fabric is very nice, the cut is amazing 👏. However I got the wrong size and I wish the exchange policy could cover even sale items.. I am not motivated to shop again with you because I have an outfit I can't use.. adjustments may not guarantee a good outcome especially if done by a different tailor... My reasoning and pain is that i had to wait for 10days just like any regular order however i get a different reception maybe because i paid less? But you gave the offer, right?
Well am dissatisfied.
On the Website the refund policy clause covers the sale items, however it states that exchange is acceptable if you contact in 5days. Which I did.. Sadly it hadn't highlighted that sale items are not covered on exchange, please note refund and exchange are different....
I wished this was made clear upon purchase...
