The%20tops%20were%20good%20quality%20and%20I%20liked%20them,%20but%20my%20experience%20with%20customer%20service%20was%20frustrating.%20I%20placed%20my%20order%20on%20December%2013th%20and%20received%20an%20email%20a%20few%20days%20later%20stating%20that%20my%20items%20would%20arrive%20before%20the%2025th.%20However,%20when%20I%20called%20customer%20service%20on%20the%2024th%20and%20several%20times%20after%20that%20(on%2028th%20Dec%20and%20on%2030th%20Dec),%20I%20was%20repeatedly%20told%20that%20the%20items%20would%20be%20delivered%20that%20same%20day,%20which%20turned%20out%20to%20be%20untrue.%20The%20items%20arrived%20in%20separate%20shipments,%20and%20I%20only%20received%20the%20last%20top%20in%20January%202025.%20While%20I%20understand%20delays%20can%20happen%20and%20would%20have%20been%20fine%20waiting%20until%20January,%20I%20didn%E2%80%99t%20appreciate%20being%20misled.
